Gameplay
Every snap is yours to play.
Offense and defense, both sides of the ball. You pick the call, read the coverage and make the play with touch controls built for a phone held sideways.
Running
Find the hole. Hit the dash.
Swipe forward to burst into the gap, swipe across to juke a defender. Ratings shape every carry, but your read decides it.
Defense
Close fast. Wrap up.
Tap any defender to take control before the snap. Chase the ball carrier down, then tackle or lay out with a dive.
Special teams
Kickoffs, punts and field goals.
Set power, then accuracy, and watch the coverage race downfield. Returners can break one, or take a knee for the touchback.

- Tap Install, then Open. Turn the phone sideways and you are on the field.

Add it to your Home Screen
- Open REDZONE in Safari. Use the button above. On iOS 16.4 and later, Chrome and Edge can add it to the Home Screen too.
- Tap Share. It is the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen (top on iPad).
- Choose Add to Home Screen. Scroll down the share sheet if you do not see it, then tap Add.
- Launch from the new icon. It opens full screen, without browser bars. Turn the phone sideways to play.
Updates: the web app updates itself the next time you open it with a connection.

Use the Android app, the iPhone Home Screen app, or play in any modern browser. Hold the phone sideways.

Take the training camp
The built-in tutorial walks through snapping, passing, running, tackling and kicking, one move at a time.

Pick a mode
Play has Franchise, Quick Game and Practice. Multiplayer has Quick, Ranked and Private matches.

Go online
Open Multiplayer and tap Quick Match to find an opponent, or create a private room and send the code to a friend.

Questions before kickoff.
Is REDZONE free?
Yes. The game is free to play. Coins are earned by playing and are spent on cosmetics. There are no paid stat boosts.
Which devices does it run on?
Android phones through the official app, iPhone and iPad as a Home Screen web app, and any modern desktop browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. It is designed for landscape play on a phone.
Why does Android warn me about the download?
REDZONE is distributed directly from this site, not through the Play Store, so Android shows its standard warning for apps installed from a browser. The app is signed, and you can compare the SHA-256 shown under “Verify the download” with your file.
Is there an App Store or Google Play version?
Not yet. Android users install the official app from this page. iPhone users add the web app to their Home Screen. If store versions arrive, they will be linked here.
How do updates work?
The Android app checks for new releases and asks before installing them. The iPhone and browser versions update automatically when you open them online.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Franchise, Quick Game and Practice run without a connection once the game has loaded. Online matches, leaderboards and the market need a connection.
How do I play with a friend?
Open Multiplayer and create a private room. Share the five-character code, your friend enters it, and you both ready up. You can also add friends and send invites in the game.
Do I need an account?
You can start playing straight away. Sign in to keep your team, coins and progress across devices.
